Snappic is a lightweight Chrome extension for capturing, annotating and sharing screenshots. If something isn't working or you have a question, this page shows the fastest way to get help.
Chrome blocks screenshot capture on chrome://, chrome-extension://, the Web Store, the New Tab page and the PDF viewer. Open any http:// or https:// page and try again.
Reload the page once and try again — on fresh page loads the content script may not have attached yet when you click. If it still fails, make sure the extension is enabled at chrome://extensions.
Open the extension's Options page and check that your backend URL is reachable (and that your auth token, if any, is correct). You can test the backend by visiting its root in a browser.
Another extension may have claimed Alt+Shift+S. Open chrome://extensions/shortcuts to reassign Snappic's "Capture visible tab" command.
Email the share URL to the address below and we'll remove it.
Please include your Chrome version, your OS, the URL of the page you were trying to capture (if shareable), and the exact steps to reproduce the issue. Screenshots or short screen recordings help a lot.
